When it comes to customer service with Internet based companies it is sort of like playing with a pistol with 5 bullets loaded in the revolver. Am I going to get “stuck” again? You just don’t know if you will be dealing with real people and, if not, get stuck with a lemon. Not so with Sean Kelly and PDF Printer Pro. He’s the real thing!
